Payment Options

You have the option of paying for your treatment directly after each session or using insurance reimbursement if your policy covers the provided service. The greater number of our clients choose to self-pay for services. This allows them to make their own choices about treatment without the interference of third party administrators. Also, by self-paying, they maximize their privacy and confidentiality.  If you use insurance, please remember that Infinite Relationships is contracting with YOU, not with your insurance company. If your insurer fails to provide payment, you are responsible for the balance of your account. All payments are due in full upon receipt of statement. We will bill traditional health insurance plans such as WEA or WPS for teachers, Aetna, Alliance, some Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We are not able to bill PPO plans, Medicare or Medicaid.  We will also bill HMO plans that have a Point of Service (POS) option, such as Physicians Plus Extend or Dean Care Select, which allow members to go out of network to see the practitioner they want (usually requires pre-authorization). Without the POS option, most HMOs restrict  their insured  members to utilizing the HMOs’ employee/panel therapists.  NOTE: Most insurers do not reimburse for couples therapy. You must meet diagnostic criteria for a related medical or mental health issue in order for treatment to be covered. Most insurers will at least cover an evaluation and this can be a valuable opportunity to assess your situation and determine your next steps.
